That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2010-132 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. Adopt the proposed redesignation of 0.03 ha ± (0.074 acres ±)located at 1320 – 15 Avenue SW (Plan A1, Block 98, Lot 36) from CC-MH Centre-City Multi-Residential HighRise District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate an office use within the existing development, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 114D2010.
