That with respect to Report C2020-1177, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council agrees to cover all reasonable costs, incurred in accordance with Council Policy CC008 and other relevant policies, of attendance at meetings of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) National Board of Directors for its Member of Council representative to the FCM Board of Directors; such costs to be charged to Corporate Costs and subject to proactive disclosure.
