That with respect to Report CPC2019-0881, the following be approved: That Council refuse the adoption of the proposed amendment to the Winston Heights/Mountview Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2) and the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.12 acres ±) located at 639 - 18 Avenue NE (Plan 3182FU, Block 10, Lot 6) from the Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to MultiResidential – Contextual Grade – Oriented (M-CG) District and abandon proposed bylaws 63P2019 and 184D2019.
