That Alderman D. Farrell’s proposed amendment to PFC2012-0248, as follows, be referred to the 2012 July 4 meeting of the SPC on Community and Protective Services, to return to Council no later than 2012 July: • “That the Recommendations contained in Report PFC2012-0248 be amended by adding a new Recommendation 2 as follows, and renumbering the remaining Recommendations accordingly: “2. Direct administration to re-examine the need for, locations of, and timing of the three library branches in conjunction with the Calgary Public Library Board and return to Council through the Priorities and Finance Committee no later than October 2012”; and • That Recommendation # 1 contained in Report PFC2012-0248 be amended by adding the words "with modifications to library functional programs based on operational/functional program review currently underway", at the end of Recommendation 1.”
