That with respect to the Legislative Governance Task Force Recommendations contained in Report LGT2012-0847, the Revised Attachment, as amended, be further amended on Page 3 of 3, under the Heading “5. Official City Functions” by deleting the paragraph in its entirety and by substituting with a new paragraph as follows: “Members of Council shall not participate in opening ceremonies for new City infrastructure during the campaign period. Members of Council may participate in other City sponsored events provided that such participation is not used for campaign purposes.”
