That with respect to Confidential Report C2021-1409, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt the confidential recommendations contained in the report; and Direct that the report, recommendations and discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until released by the City Solicitor and the Mayor.
