That with respect to Report CPC2021-0128, the following be adopted: That Council give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 35D2021 for the redesignation of 0.09 hectare ± (0.23 acre ±) located at 4649 - 70 Street NW (Plan 1679HJ, Block 14, Lot 9) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential Grade-Oriented Infill (RCG) District.
