That the SPC on Community and Protective Services Recommendations contained in Report CPS2012-0347 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. Provide funding up to $150,000 from the Fiscal Stability Reserve for the creation of an education and awareness campaign focusing on illicit drug use, including ecstasy, which supplements the existing efforts of Alberta Health Services and Calgary Community Addictions Strategy partners; and 2. Direct Administration to report back through the Standing Policy Committee on Community and Protective Services on the campaign no later than 2013 April.
