That the Administration Recommendations contained in Report C2012-07 be adopted; 2. That Council direct administration to proceed with the Go Forward Strategy as approved in report LAS2009-126; and 3. That the Recommendations, Report and Attachments remain confidential following the in￾camera discussion pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1)(a), 24(1)(g) and 25(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until such time that the Go Forward Plan has been completed, with the exception of Attachments 12 and 15 that shall remain confidential indefinitely.
