That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-042 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed amendments to the Eau Claire Area Redevelopment Plan, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 8P2016; and 3. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 1.30 hectares ± (3.21 acres ±) located at 215–2 Street SW and 222–3 Street SW (Plan 1312733, Block 10, Lots 41 and 42) from DC Direct Control District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate mixed use development, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 4. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 38D2016.
