That with respect to Councillor Colley-Urquhart‟s Motion, NM2015-18, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Administration, in consultation with key stakeholders, be directed to bring forward a report directly to the September 14, 2015 meeting of Council outlining options, risks and recommendations for addressing this landowner‟s request for Council‟s consideration; and AND FURTHER, that the In Camera discussions remain confidential pursuant to Section 24(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
