That SPC on Transportation and Transit Recommendation 4 contained in Report LPT2011-112 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 4. Direct Administration to explore accelerating the future road network in the area by; a) Preparing a preliminary design for the Connection of 85 Street NW to Country Hills Blvd, including an estimate of land required and the projected construction cost; and b) Preparing a projection of the area road network performance with the 85 Street connection in place. to report back to the SPC on Transportation and Transit no later than 2012 May.
