Resolution
That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-045, be adopted, as amended, as follows: That Council: 1) Adopt by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.15 acres ±) located at 1601 - 16 Street SE (Plan 4646N, Block D, Lots 25 and 26) from Residential-Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential-Grade Orientated Infill (RCG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; 2) Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 49D2017; and 3) Authorize Administration to make an application to the Minister of Municipal Affairs for an amendment to the Calgary International Airport Vicinity Protection Area Regulation, to allow relaxation at 1601-16th Street SE based on the land use amendment to an RC-G district.
