That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2013-076 be adopted, after amendment, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.18 hectares ± (0.44 acres ±) located at 129, 127, 125, 123 and 121 – 7 Avenue SW (Plan A, Block 50, Lots 6 to 11) from CM-2 Downtown Business District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate an automated parking structure, commercial uses, bicycle station, digital media facade and heritage preservation/restoration; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 67D2013; and 3. File Recommendation 3.
