Resolution
That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2013-083 be adopted, after amendment, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.23 hectares ± (0.56 acres ±) located at 52 Bearspaw Meadows Way NW (Portion of Plan 7510139, Block A) from Special Purpose – Recreation (S-R) District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate the additional use of a Water Treatment Plant, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; 2. Give first reading to the proposed Bylaw 74D2013; 3. Withhold second and third readings of proposed Bylaw 74D2013, and direct Administration to prepare a Bylaw amendment restricting the number of dwelling units that can be served, to return to Council on 2013 September 16.
