That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-060 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.08 hectares ± (0.19 acres ±) located at 316 Silver Brook Way NW (Plan 1210LK, Block 7, Lot 33) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 57D2015.
