That with respect to Confidential Report IGA2020-1253, the following be adopted: That Council Adopt the Confidential Recommendations contained in Report IGA2021-1253; and Direct that this Report, Recommendations, Attachments, Presentation, and Closed Meeting discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed 2031 January 21.
