That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-134 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 1116 – 7 Avenue SW (Plan A1, Block 37, Lots 27 and 28) from DC Direct Control District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate high density multi-residential development, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 129D2015.
