That Administration Recommendation 1, contained in Report C2010-75 be adopted, as amended, as follows: That Council: 1. Adopt the further adjustments to City operating budget programs outlined in Attachment 1, with net operating budget reductions totalling $4 million, after amendment to Attachment 1 equivalent to 0.23% of Business Unit gross expenditures net of recoveries, and a net effect on each Business Unit equivalent to half the stated reduction.
