That with respect to Report CPC2020-0973, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt, by bylaw, the proposed amendments to the Montgomery Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 1); and 2. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 42P2020. 3. Adopt, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 4611 - 21 Avenue NW (Plan 4994GI, Block 41, Lot 18) from the Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District; and 4. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 128D2020.
