That Bylaw 47M2021 be amended by deleting Section 61(4)(a) in its entirety and substituting with the following: "61(4) An Animal is deemed by this Bylaw to be unclaimed when: (a) It has been retained in the Animal Services Centre for seventy-two (72) hours after the Owner has acknowledged receiving the notice of impoundment, or 7 days after the Owner is deemed to have received such notice under Section 75 of this Bylaw, and the Owner has failed to reclaim the Animal in accordance with the provisions of this Bylaw; or"
