That with respect to Report CPC2021-0036, the following be adopted: That Council give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 24D2021 for the redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.16 acre ±) located at 2002 51 Avenue SW (Plan 6120AK, Block 32, Lots 24 and 25) from Residential Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District.
