That with respect to Notice of Motion C2020-0715, the following Motion Arising be adopted: Based on the community engagement process outlined in the Application by Pink Flamingo with regards to support of Black Lives Matter, as well as Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) movements, Council endorse CADA's facilitation of four city-wide murals that reflect the application details as submitted by Pink Flamingo through allocation of $120,000 from the Public Art Reserve to CADA for project delivery.
