That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee Recommendations 2 and 3 contained in Report IGA2011-05 be adopted, as follows: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: 2. Not support the four private bills; and 3. Request that the Mayor write to the Office of the Parliamentary Counsel, stating Council’s position regarding the private bills and seeking the opportunity for The City of Calgary to make a presentation to the Standing Committee on Private Bills.
