That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-053 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. REFUSE the proposed amendments to the Hillhurst/Sunnyside Area Redevelopment Plan, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. ABANDON the proposed Bylaw 12P2015. 3. REFUSE the proposed redesignation of 0.12 hectares ± (0.29 acres ±) located at 201 – 10 Street NW (Plan 5609J, Block E, Lots 7 to 10) from DC Direct Control District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate mixed use development, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation, as amended; and 4. ABANDON the proposed Bylaw 50D2015.
