That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-190, be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1) Refuse the proposed redesignation of 0.12 hectares ± (0.29 acres ±) located at 1705 Westmount Road NW (Plan 5151O, Block 17, Lots 36 to 40) from Multi-Residential – Contextual Grade-Oriented (M-CGd72) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual GradeOriented (M-CG) District; and 2) Abandon the proposed Bylaw 194D2017.
