That Bylaw 47M2021 be amended in Part 2 Licensing Requirements, Administration of Licences, by deleting subsection 7(4) in its entirety and substituting as follows: (4) The Owner of a Service Dog, or a guide dog qualified pursuant to the Guide Dog Qualifications Regulation A.R. 108/79, must apply for a dog licence but are exempt from the payment of fees for such a licence.
