That with respect to Notice of Motion C2019-0795 the following be adopted: Refer Councillor Farkas’ proposed Motion to Administration, to report back through the Priorities and Finance Committee on: a) A financial analysis on the direct and indirect costs of undertaking the work requested; and b) Work already underway by City Clerks with regard to Council voting practices, transcripts and publication to avoid duplication and redundancy in the spending of taxpayer dollars.
