That the Administration Recommendations contained in Report C2012-17 be amended, as follows: • In Administration Recommendation 1:  By deleting the words and number “Bylaw 8M2012 (Attachment 4)” following the words “proposed Property Tax” and substituting the word and number “Bylaw 25M2012”  By deleting the figure “6.5%” following the words “tax rate increase of” and substituting the figure “6.0%”  By deleting the figure “6.0%” following the words “for residential” and by substituting the figure “5.1%”  By deleting the words “as shown in Attachment 3” following the words and parenthesis “for provincial purposes)”; and • In Administration Recommendation 3, by deleting the words and number “Bylaw 10M2012 (Attachment 6)” following the words “Revitalization Levy Rate” and by substituting the word and number “Bylaw 26M2012”.
