That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-109, be adopted as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed amendment to the North Hill Area Redevelopment Plan, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 14P2017. 3. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 2302 – 5 Street NW (Plan 2934O, Block 31, Lots 19 and 20) from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Grade-Oriented (M￾CG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 4. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 110D2017.
