That with respect to Report C2018-1005, Recommendation 3, be adopted, as follows: That Council: 3.Authorize the City Manager to negotiate the content of any documents or agreements required to conclude a cost sharing arrangement to host the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games provided that such documents and agreements are within the scope and contain the terms and conditions outlined in Attachment 9, Multi-Party Agreement Negotiating Framework.
