That with respect to Report CPC2011-021, that the Land and Asset Strategy Committee be directed to require that a restrictive covenant be registered on title to the road closure area prior to transfer of title, prohibiting the development of any portion of the closure area with the exception of landscaping, including garden architecture. The restrictive covenant will be for the benefit of the adjacent City-owned parcel and road.
