That SPC on Transportation and Transit Recommendation 4 contained in Report TT2013-0650 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 4. Direct Administration to bring forward to the Taxi Limousine Advisory Committee (TLAC), the suggestion on administering a surcharge during peak hour requirements, and report back to Council through the SPC on Transportation and Transit, on recommendations for or against introducing this surcharge as an incentive to ensure that more cars are available during those peak periods.
