That with respect to Report CPC2019-0834 the following be adopted: That Council: 1. ADOPT, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.17 hectares ± (0.41 acres ±) located at 829 Royal Avenue SW (Plan 8910031, Block 26, Lot 18) from Multi-Residential – Contextual Medium Profile (M-C2) District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate multi-residential development, with guidelines (Attachment 2); and 2. Give three readings to the Proposed Bylaw 172D2019.
