That with respect to the approved 2011 Business Plans and Budgets, that Council: 1. Direct that Parks receive $2.2 Million for Legacy Parks (Program 499) in 2011; $7.0 million in 2012; and the remaining $5.0 million in 2013; and 2. Direct that the $5.0 million of the original $7.2 million dedicated in 2011 to the Parks Legacy Fund be transferred into the Operating Budget.
