That with respect to Report CPC2018-146, the following be adopted: That Council refuse the adoption of the proposed amendment to the Bowness Area Redevelopment Plan and the proposed redesignation of 0.07 hectares ± (0.17 acres ±) located at 4655 – 80 Street NW (Plan 2660AP, Block 15, Lot 28) from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District, and abandon proposed Bylaws 29P2018 and 142D2018.
