That with respect to Report C2021-0733, the following be adopted: That Council: Request Councillor Woolley to issue a letter of apology to Councillor Chu and that the letter be published; Direct that Integrity Commissioner Report be made a public document; and Direct that the verbal discussions be held confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
