That with respect to Report C2020-1421, the following be adopted: [Council voted only on the words in bold] That Council: 1. Direct the Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 2. Direct that Administration prepare potential amendments to the Face Covering Bylaw, including but not limited to increasing penalties, and return to Council as soon as possible.
