That the Administration Option 2 Recommendations contained in Report C2011-11, as amended, be further amended, by adding a new Recommendation 4, as follows: "4. That Administration study supplying reserved spots for car poolers at a discounted rate, or for free, or for preferred location, and to report back to the SPC on Land Use, Planning and Transportation no later than 2011 November; and further, that the remaining Recommendation be renumbered accordingly.
