That with respect to Report C2019-1120, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council adopt the proposed 2019-2020 Council Chamber seating plan as set out in Attachment 1 effective 2019 October 29 until the conclusion of the 2020 October Organizational Meeting of Council, as amendment, by agreement: Councillor Farkas taking Councillor Chu's seat; Councillor Chu taking Councillor Magliocca's seat; and Councillor Magliocca taking Councillor Farkas's seat.
