Resolution
That Council suspend Section 29.1 (Appendix F. 6) of the Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, as amended, in order to allow Councillor Keating to participate in the Closed meeting remotely; and That pursuant to Sections 16 (disclosure harmful to the business interests of a third party), 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, in the Council Lounge, at 1:51 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following item: 14.2.2. Potential Annexation from Foothills County – Update, C2020- 0200
