That with respect CPC2018-1205, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt, by Bylaw, the proposed amendments to the Bankview Area Redevelopment Plan (corrected Attachment 3); 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 88P2018; 3. Adopt, by Bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.12 acres ±) located at 2502 - 15 Street SW (Plan 3908R, Block 2, Lots 17 and 18) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Grade- Oriented (M-CG) District; and 4. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 295D2018.
