That Council: a. Suspend Section 78 (1) (c) of the Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, as amended, to change the scheduled dinner recess to occur at the Call of the Chair; and b. Suspend Section 107 of the Procedure Bylaw 35M2017 in order to allow Members unrestricted debate in the Closed meeting. c. And, pursuant to Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act, and Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, at 5:40 p.m. on Monday July 22, in the Council Boardroom, in order to consider confidential Attachments 3 and 4 of Report C2019-0901.
