That with respect to Report CPC2018-1195, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt, by Bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.12 acres ±) located at 3 Templemont Way NE (Plan 7910737, Block 44, Lot 96) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District; and 2. Give three reading to the proposed Bylaw 292D2018.
