That Bylaw 28P2017, as amended, be further amended in Schedule A, Springbank Hill Area Structure Plan, as follows:  on Page 19 of 61, Section 3.1.6, subsection 3 under Building design, by deleting the word “six” following the words “height of a building should be” and substituting with the words “four”;  on Page 20 of 61, Section 3.2, subsection 4 under Building design, by deleting the word “ten” following the words “height of a building should be” and substituting with the word “six”; and  Amend all references to “Standard Suburban” to “Standard Urban” throughout the Springbank Area Structure Plan.
