That Mayor Nenshi’s Motion, Green Sheet, Re: Flood Relief and Recovery Fund, as amended, be further amended in the paragraph starting with the words “NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED”, by adding a new Recommendation 6, as follows: “6. Direct Administration to bring a report to the Budget Adjustments in 2013 November with proposals, if needed, for the $52 million in the 2014 tax room to be used for flood recovery, mitigation, and prevention.” And further, that the remainder of the Recommendations be renumbered accordingly.
