Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2018-044, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed amendments to the North Hill Area Redevelopment Plan, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give first reading to the proposed Bylaw 6P2018; 3. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.13 acres ±) located at 2507 – 17A Street NW (Plan 6310AK, Block 3, Lots 2 to 4) from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 4. Give first reading to the proposed Bylaw 42D2018; and 5. Withhold second and third readings of Bylaws 6P2018 and 42D2018 until a Development Permit has been conditionally approved.
