That Bylaw 26D2011 and Alderman G-C. Carra's proposed amendment as follows, be referred to the Administration for additional community consultation, to return to the 2011 May 16 Regular Meeting of Council: “Amend Schedule B, Page 4 of 4, by adding a Section 7 as follows: 7. In reviewing development permit applications for this parcel, the Development Authority may consider relaxing the rules concerning building placement, building setback, parking and access in anticipation of the future redevelopment of the parcel or the surrounding area.”
