That, in accordance with Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act, and Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1) (a)(c)& (g), and 25(1) (c) (ii) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), Council now move into the Committee of the Whole, in camera, at 8:46 p.m., in the Council Lounge to consider Notice of Motion NM2012-05, as well as the remainder of the In-camera items on today’s Agenda.
