That with respect to Attachment 1 contained in Report C2010-72, the Group 1 Reduction Option, Item No. 1.10, Program 070, to the Calgary Police Service Business Plans and Operating, the following be adopted: 1. That Council adopt a net reduction to the Calgary Police Service Budget (Program 070), reflecting: b. A $2 million in increased fine revenue, as also outlined in the 2010 October 26 letter from the Calgary Police Commission (Attachment 2);
